( tip 1 )
Leave no trace in the mountains
Everything you carry with you during the race must stay with you until the next collection point or the finish line.
( Recommendations )
MiM and CSP traverse some of the most iconic natural and cultural spaces in the province of Castellón, such as the Parc Natural de Penyagolosa, the Natural Monument of Camí dels Pelegrins, the Sanctuary of Sant Joan de Penyagolosa, and the mountain ranges connecting the coast to the interior.
This is an environment of immense environmental, landscape, and heritage value that we all share the responsibility to protect. That is why at FUGA Penyagolosa Trails we work year after year to reduce the environmental footprint of the race through our own sustainability strategy.

( tip 1 )
Everything you carry with you during the race must stay with you until the next collection point or the finish line.

( tip 2 )
At aid stations and at the finish line, you will find designated bins for proper waste separation. Deposit waste into the appropriate container.

( tip 3 )
Always stay within the marked course, avoid cutting corners, and refrain from making unnecessary noise. The race takes place in spring, a particularly sensitive period for local wildlife.

( tip 4 )
Use your own hydration pack or reusable cup throughout the race. We eliminated single-use cups from aid stations years ago to curb disposable plastic consumption.

( tip 5 )
Whenever possible, carpool or use the free public shuttle services provided by the organization to reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions.

( tip 6 )
Always follow instructions from volunteers and show utmost respect for local residents, private property, and the natural and cultural heritage through which the race passes.
